This will answer a lot of the common questions that you guys give us.[/color] [b]What is a mod?[/b] [color=#f3d9b1]A mod is a player who helps keep the server and forums clean.  [color=#f3d9b1]We are searching for applicants who we feel will fit into our staff team, and work well with the community. We want friendly and cheerful individuals, who are always happy to have a conversation or help somebody who needs help. [b]You must[/b] have 10 or more hours on the server, be 15 years of age, and have maturity and common sense. If there is a error in submitting your application contact a member of staff for assistance.[/color] [b]Here are the application requirements.[/b][/color] [b]Ingame Time:[/b] [color=#f3d9b1][color=#f3d9b1]Like I stated before, you must have 10 or more hours to apply or you will be denied. If you become a member of staff, you will need to be on the specified weekly time or you will be warned and/or demoted.[/color][/color] [b]Lack Of Detail:[/b] [color=#f3d9b1][color=#f3d9b1]We are looking for a detailed application from you, not a 2-3 sentence application that took you 10 minutes. If you do not put in enough detail in your application you will be denied and you must wait 1 week to apply again. So make a application that takes you time, and a application that we will enjoy![/color][/color] [b]Punishment Issues:[/b] [color=#f3d9b1][color=#f3d9b1]If you want to apply for the West Side Gaming staff team, you need to have a clean slate. By clean slate I mean stay within the rules, don't get banned, etc. Warns are just warns, and we will hold you accountable for what you have done, but it is not as big as a ban. We understand there are false punishments from time to time, but if you have not appealed/ your appeal isn't accepted, the bans will decrease your chance of becoming staff.[/color][/color] [b]Maturity:[/b] [color=#f3d9b1][color=#f3d9b1]Maturity is a thing we want in you as staff on the West Side Gaming Staff Team, that's why the age limit is 15. Staff represent the server, bad staff may lead to less server population. So we want a good staff team that is always there to help, have fun and just be positive in general. So before you apply, think if you are mature enough for the job, if not, hold your application until you think you're ready.[/color][/color] [b]Application Process:[/b] [color=#f3d9b1][color=#f3d9b1]Here I will be explaining how the application process works. Next the staff managers will look over your application, this could take up to a week or two so be patient. After they have looked over your application, they will accept it, decline it or keep it pending. If you get accepted you will be informed, if you are declined you will have to see for yourself, if it is kept pending, they won't say anything. If you are declined you must wait 1 week to apply once more or you will be denied.
